The October 2015 NISOA newsletter is now available for download. This edition of the newsletter includes highlights from the July 2015 Annual General Meeting and Convention expertly hosted by the South Texas ISOA chapter in San Antonio, Texas. The newsletter has articles about the most recent members of the NISOA Hall of Fame, Ken Mather (Indiana) and Robert Fischer  (Virginia). Gary Huber (Missouri) received the Raymond Bernabei Honor Award for his contributions to NISOA and intercollegiate soccer. There are also plenty of photos from San Antonio as well as the various National Referee Academies held around the country.
