Dr. Todd K. Abraham of the Greater Chicago Chapter has been appointed as the Director of Instruction for the National Intercollegiate Soccer Officials Association (NISOA). Todd will be responsible to develop and coordinate all aspects of referee education for the only organization in the United States dedicated exclusively to intercollegiate soccer officiating.

Abraham has been an active member of NISOA since 1978 who has achieved success on the field and as an administrator in local and national positions. A NISOA National Referee, Todd has officiated college matches at all levels, reaching the quarterfinals as a referee in both Division I and III.
Abraham currently serves as the Secretary of NISOA, a position which places him in line to become the President. He has distinguished himself as a leader in referee education. Certified as a National Clinician, Todd has served as a clinician at multiple Elizabethtown referee training camps and national referee certification clinics. Todd is the author of the annual NISOA Entrance Examination and a regular contributor to Referee magazine. He has served as the Assistant Director of Instruction since 2000, and was the recipient of the Robert E. Sumpter Award for Excellence in Teaching in 2005. Todd,
I am a first time Clinician for the Western North Carolina ISOA (WNCISOA). We are having our preseason meeting this Friday Aug 6th.
I would like to find out if preseason training materials and instructions have been sent to Clinicians this year. Our outgoing Clinician has not received any. He has moved recently so they may have not reached hem yet.
It would be helpful if you could send me this year’s materials via email at [email protected]
Alternatively you can send them to me overnight, I’ll be glad to provide my credit card for payment of the overnight charge.
Please advise.
