The Terry Vaughn NISOA Referee of the Month Presented By Official Sports recognizes high performing NISOA members during the course of the season for outstanding work on and off the field. Nominations are accepted from Chapter Presidents, Chapter Contacts, National Referees, National/Regional Assessors and NISOA assignors. This initiative supports the NISOA strategic plan to provide our members with opportunities to get the best assignments within their capabilities. Nominations are accepted during the autumn college soccer season.
