The 2012-2013 NCAA Soccer Rules books have been received from the NCAA. Distribution (via first class US Mail) of the rules book to registered NISOA members will start on August 15, 2012. Registered NISOA members will also receive the preseason guide and a handy rules difference card in this mailing.
A pdf version of the rules is also currently available from the Forms directory of our web site.
Will the mailing of the rules books also include 2012 National Referee Badges? College games begin this weekend and national referees do not have an updated badge to wear. Thank you.
