I am pleased to announce that Todd Abraham has been accepted by the NCAA to serve as the Active Referee Liaison to the NCAA Soccer Rules Committee.

This is a newly established position by the rules committee and allows a NISOA member an active part in the rule making process. Todd is the incoming NISOA President as well as the NISOA Director of Instruction.
