New Senior Leadership Appointments

We  are very pleased to announce the following new members of the NISOA Senior Leadership team in the Evaluations program group.  Gary Huber, now NISOA Vice President, is transitioning out of his role as Director of Assessment to work on major strategic initiatives for NISOA.

George Noujaim

George is the long time Director of the National Referee Program and will now be leading the group responsible for the Assessment and Physical Fitness programs.  George’s career on and off the field is about as distinguished as anyone involved with soccer officiating in the United States.  George has already begun to implement new initiatives in his typically energetic and dynamic style.

 

Rodney Kenney as Director of Assessment

Rodney Kenney

Rodney Kenney from the Florida Sun ISOA chapter brings his programmatic and field experience to the NISOA Assessment Program. Rodney has served as a NISOA National Instructor, NISOA National Clinician, Florida State Referee Administrator, and U.S. Soccer National Referee Administrator. Rodney is a frequent clinician at National Referee Academies. His years of experience will further develop the NISOA Assessment program.

 

Ed Marco as Director, Physical Fitness

Ed Marco from the Capitol Area (Pennsylvania) ISOA chapter also brings a wealth of experience and capability to not only the Physical Performance program but also the NISOA Senior Leadership team. Ed has been an active NISOA National Clinician and National Assessor. A National Referee Emeritus in both U.S. Soccer and NISOA, Ed is also a FIFA credentialed Futsal instructor, inspector and assessor.

I am very pleased to have this amazing level of talent join our senior leadership. In closing, I would like to recognize and thank Gary Huber for all the work he has put into the NISOA Assessment program over the past 10+ years. He has always kept the interests of all NISOA members at the forefront of his work refining the Assessment program. His dedication in the role was exemplary.
