NCAA Tiebreaker

Conference and other postseason tournaments require match officials to administer the tiebreaker procedure in strict accordance with Rule 7.1.1. There are several significant differences between the NCAA tiebreaker and the IFAB kicks from the penalty mark. The officiating crew has no margin for error and must be completely prepared if the tiebreaker is required.
