Improving College Soccer Officiating

NISOA is pleased to announce a unique partnership with the Elite College Soccer Referees (ECSR). The new relationship between ECSR, one of the premier college soccer assigning entities and NISOA is aimed at supporting our strategic goal of providing our members with the tools, capability and exposure to officiate at the highest levels of the intercollegiate game. We intend that the partnership will streamline the requirements for collegiate referees who are members of both organizations supporting NISOA’s values of ‘family first’ while maintaining a rigorous and thorough educational experience.
