Gary W. Huber of the Midwest Missouri ISOA Chapter has been appointed as the Director of Assessment, succeeding C.Frank Jewell who served with distinction for many years.
NISOA is a an organization of more than 5,000 soccer officials which trains, certifies and provides qualified soccer referees for the college soccer community throughout the country. Gary will will be responsible to oversee the entire assessment program, including the development of assessment standards and profiles and the training of local, regional and national assessors.
Huber has been an active member of NISOA for more than twenty years and currently serves as a Regional Representative. A high level referee, Gary has been a regular in college playoff competition and in the professional ranks as well. A National Assessor for fifteen years , he has served NISOA in various administrative capacities, including National Clinician, Midwest Missouri ISOA President and the Missouri Valley Conference Assignor for the past ten years.
