Manuel Ortiz Jr.

Manuel Ortiz, Jr. received the NISOA Ray Bernabei Honor Award at the National Soccer Coaches Association of America meeting in Indianapolis, Indiana on January 18, 2013. Tom Richardson, NISOA Associate Director for Membership, made the presentation at the NSCAA Awards Dinner. Manny was the president of NISOA from 2011 through 2012. He is a former USSF and NISOA National referee and is currently a supervisor of officials for several intercollegiate soccer conferences and the NISOA Director of Assigning.

The NISOA Ray Bernabei Honor award is given annually to the most outstanding NISOA member who has contributed above and beyond the call of duty. Congratulations to Manny for winning this prestigious award.
