The Executive Board is still studying modifications to the NISOA Fitness Test so there will not be any changes to the test for 2016. NISOA chapters should administer the existing NISOA Physical Performance Test for the 2016 season, effective immediately. Previous policies indicating the acceptable minimum average score for the fitness tests apply until further notice. Forms for administering the fitness test are available in the Forms directory of nisoa.com.
