The NISOA Referee Assessment form has been modified effective immediately. Instead of having multiple forms for National Referee and Referee assessments, all assessments and observations will be documented using a single form. The new form will be used for observing and assessing referees, assistant referees and alternate officials of all levels. The form will also be available in the Forms directory.
