The field assessment reports are sent to the National Referee Program’s Study Chair, John Hagenstein from Minnesota to analyze. The intent of this analysis is to review and improve the effectiveness of the National Referee Program’s instruction program as well as provide an overall report of the on field work of the National Referees.

The 2012 Assessment Study has been published in our intercollegiate instructional articles section. The information in this study is applicable to all NISOA referees and provides an opportunity to self-evaluate their performance against the National Referee standard.
