The 2014-2015 NCAA Soccer Rules book has been published and will be distributed to NISOA members via U.S. Mail in the upcoming weeks. NISOA members who wish to be considered for NCAA post season assignments are reminded to complete the annual registration with the NCAA and then take the NCAA Soccer Rules test and achieve a minimum score of 90%.
