NISOA Hall of Fame member, Pierce Richardson passed away on August 31, 2017. Pierce was one of the original NISOA Assignors as well as a National Referee, and Region IV Representative. Pierce’s many accomplishments are documented on his Hall of Fame page. A memorial service is being planned with details to follow.
